Several years ago I found myself packing up my office having just resigned from a position that at one point was my passion.  The conversations with my wife prior to that were about how horrible my leader was, and how it was impossible to be successful, or even just enjoy my job.  Her response……so do something about it.  The role that I took on allowed me to be the head of a business unit, and immediately I realized that everything I knew about leadership was either wrong, short sighted,  or self serving.  I started reading hundreds of books and articles, went back to school for my MBA and began practicing everything in the real life test environment that was my day job.  JLH Leadership Solutions was born to help leaders live that elevated leadership experience that adds value to those around them.
